When you use our consultation booking calendar, contact us by email, or submit an inquiry through the site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit tech1services.net, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — such as pages visited, referring source, approximate location, and device/browser type. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or any persistent client-side identifiers, and does not track individual visitors across sites. Booking and scheduling
Consultation scheduling is handled through Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft 365). When you book an appointment, your information is processed by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. We receive the booking details you submit.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to consultation requests and inquiries
- Schedule and conduct advisory engagements
- Improve the content and functionality of the website
- Understand aggregate site usage (analytics only — no individual tracking)

This site does not use cookies for analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such cookies are deployed.
